Model/Drawing Manager 18.1 M070 and Windows 10
I know it is not supported OS, but I was wondering if anybody else has the same issue and if there is a workaround for it. I sometimes work from home using my laptop which is Toshiba Qosmio X875. I recently upgraded to windows 10 and Creo Elements Modeling and Drafting run just fine except for Model/Drawing Manager which is running and I can save to it no problem, but I cannot get it displayed on the screen. There is only its icon in the taskbar and when I click on it to open the window nothing happens.
I wonder if there is a solution for this problem.

how to set resolution higher when saving images in modeling? default is 96 DPI
I'm using the save Image function, with the options you can set the width and hight (pixels) but not the resolution, this always stays 96 DPI.

Creo Elements Direct Ver 19 and Windows 10
I have version 19 installed on my PC with Win 7. I want to upgrade to Win 10. I don't know which release of version 19 I have but the files are dated Sept 2014. I don't know how to find out which release I have. Do I have to have a certain release of ver 19 to work with Win 10? Any recommendations about upgrading to Win10?

Creo Elements Direct Modeling Express 6.0 -Java issue
Hi,
I downloaded two days ago the software and I can't use the on line Help.
A warning popup window opens with this message.
" the registry refers to a non existent Java Runtime Environment installation or the runtime is corrupted"
my OS is Windows 10
java-runtime-environment_8u102_fr_121472_32 is installed
Any idea to fix the problem?

Creo Elements Direct Modeling Express 6.0 - program crashes
I have a problem with opening saved projects. I can normaly start the program and work with it, also save a new projekt.
But when I open a stored project, the program crashes. (See error message). At my Laptop I can this projekt open, it is o.k.
I have already repeatedly reinstalled the program, also older versions. The problem was always the same.
My OS is Windows 10 Home Edition 64bit, the same is on the Laptop.
Does anyone know, what may be the cause or has anyone even this problem?

Saving an assembly with associated part drawings
Is it possible to save an assembly of parts with the 2d drawings of each part and of the assembly in a single file for sharing outside of my organization? The drawings need to maintain associativity obviously. We use model manager inside of organization so this hasn't come up before.

Creo 6.0 Direct Modelling Express circles and arcs
Hi All
When you make a 2d circle and then pull to 3d the 3d is made up of short straight lines rather than following the 2d circle, is there a setting or a way to make the 3d pull follow the 2d circle, had a look through settings but can't fine anything that helps so i’m completely stuck, can anyone help me get unstuck? any help would be appreciated.

Changing UI language: Creo Elements Direct Drafting 18.1
In our company we have roaming licenses for Direct Drafting 18.1 and Direct Modeling 18.1.
Direct Modeling is distributed both localized and with English UI.
The problem is that Direct Drafting is distributed only with localized UI.
I am not the country native. Moreover, some components of localized Direct Drafting are not Unicode-compatible and become completely unreadable in English Windows 7.
How can I switch to standard English UI of Direct Drafting. Preferably English Win 9x UI style. Are there config files, or language packages?
It seems, system administrator would not help me in this, since he is native to the country.

Fatal behaviour of change_locale
In our company we have Creo Elements Drafting with server-side startup scripts loaded, that include a lot of text notes in Shift-JIS encoding. The default language of Creo Drafting 18.1 is Japanese.
When trying to use change_locale 'en' the Creo Drafting standard menus, and buttons are switched to English words, but the program completely looses the ability to load any script with Japanese text inside.
Windows 7x64 has Japanese system locale set up.
Is there a way to force English standard menu/buttons, while keeping Japanese locale for reading scripts in Shift-JIS?
